I tore my meniscus over two years ago. I have been doing well with rehab by doing strengthening exercises. When my knee starts acting up again or when I know I am going to be putting extra stress on it, like when I am hiking or skiing the moguls, I use the CBD muscle and joint ointment. It not only helps me to continue my activity longer, it helps to diminish any associated discomfort. This is my miracle non- pharmaceutical solution!
