We mix a tbs of honey with a hot cup of green ginger tea usually late morning. It energizes us throughout our afternoon. We don't feel anxious but in a relaxed manner explore a challenging physical or mental exercise.

Best nightcap ever !

I mix a little every evening in my magnesium hot chocolate - let me just say I sleep like a baby :) I learned about this product from Hotel Chaco in Albuquerque when they served to me with hot tea after a Lavender CBD massage ;)

Good stuff

We bought this honey to try with our tea, but I would guide someone to use perhaps a less zealous spoonful than we did. It was immediately relaxing and lasted for most of the afternoon. Is not hyper sweet either. Using a half spoonful going forward. Lovely stuff.
