Anxiety & Stress

Reduce Inflammation & Decrease Pain
When your body notices an injury, it triggers a series of reactions that result in a growing inflammation. The primary reason that so many athletes use CBD on a regular basis is its ability to affect the inflammatory response. With climbing, it takes a toll on your joints and tendons, which can cause the onset of inflammation-related conditions such as arthritis. It’s important to always be mindful of your body, don’t overdo it when working out. Because climbers use motions that include repetitive gripping and lifting, these are common overuse injuries, often treated with rest, ice and Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). Why NSAIDs Are Hard On Your Body
