- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1 can (12 ounces) evaporated milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1-2 droppers of CBD tincture
For the Pie Crust:
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, chilled and cubed
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3-4 tablespoons ice water
Instructions for the Pie Crust:
Prepare the Crust:
- In a food processor, pulse together flour, sugar, and salt.
- Add chilled butter and pulse until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Add ice water one tablespoon at a time, pulsing until the dough comes together.
- Shape the dough into a disk, wrap it in plastic, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Roll and Place:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- On a floured surface, roll out the dough and transfer it to a 9-inch pie dish.
